New to Therapy
Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar, especially if you’re used to pushing through on your own. My role is to offer a place where you don’t have to carry everything by yourself, and where we can make sense of the ways your past experiences and current relationships shape how you move through the world today. In our work, we’ll slow things down enough to notice patterns that may be running in the background of your life—patterns that affect how you see yourself and how you connect with others. People often find that therapy not only helps them feel more at ease in their relationships, but also improves focus at work, lowers stress, strengthens communication, and supports healthier choices day-to-day. With curiosity and respect, I’ll help you experiment with new ways of relating that create more space for confidence, ease, and meaningful connection.
If you want a preview of what working together might feel like, you can visit me on Instagram, where I share short reflections on challenges that many people find themselves facing.

Parenting +
Family
Parenting can bring out both our greatest strengths and our deepest struggles. I offer a space to reflect on how your own experiences shape the way you respond to your children, your partner, and yourself.
Couples
Therapy
Together, we pay attention to the ways you experience yourselves in relation to one another, noticing the patterns that can keep you stuck while also discovering new ways of relating that bring greater security and closeness.

Careers
High-pressure careers often come with hidden costs: constant stress, difficulty unplugging, strained relationships, or the quiet sense that success isn’t bringing the fulfillment you hoped for. Let’s slow down and break these old patterns.
Anxiety +
Depression
Many of the struggles we face can be understood as patterns first shaped in the company of others. We create a space where those patterns can be noticed, explored, and gently reshaped.

If you have a really big emotional reaction to something, it’s important to be curious about your experience.

The ability to be vulnerable translates as confidence. Confidence is sexy. Know what your (emotional) mess is and be able to own it and talk about it.

In relationships, generosity is contagious. Prioritize how you and your partner feel, not who’s right and who’s wrong.
