Allow yourself the space to ask, 'What's going on with me?'

I'm Dena Domenicali-Rochelle, an interpersonal psychoanalyst and social worker dedicated to assisting my clients in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves. I work with both couples and individuals, specializing in supporting various groups, including those who are new to therapy, professionals facing the challenges of demanding careers, individuals navigating the complexities of parenting and family life, and those dealing with anxiety and depression.

In my work, I focus on the deeply human truth that we come to know ourselves through relationships. Many of the struggles we face—whether with anxiety, self-doubt, or difficulties in connection—can be understood as patterns first shaped in the company of others. In therapy, we create a space where those patterns can be noticed, explored, and gently reshaped. I pay close attention to the ways you experience yourself in relation to others, so that together we can uncover new possibilities for growth in your life.

  • The ability to be vulnerable translates as confidence. Confidence is sexy. Know what your (emotional) mess is and be able to own it and talk about it.

  • In relationships, generosity is contagious. Prioritize how you and your partner feel, not who’s right and who’s wrong.
