Individual Therapy
In my work, I focus on the deeply human truth that we come to know ourselves through relationships. Many of the struggles we face—whether with anxiety, self-doubt, or difficulties in connection—can be understood as patterns first shaped in the company of others. In therapy, we create a space where those patterns can be noticed, explored, and gently reshaped. I pay close attention to the ways you experience yourself in relation to me and to others, so that together we can uncover new possibilities for growth, healing, and freedom in your life.
If you’re curious about what it might feel like to work with me, I invite you to visit me on Instagram where I share short videos on themes that are both clinically relevant and widely applicable.

If you have a really big emotional reaction to something, it’s important to be curious about your experience.

The ability to be vulnerable translates as confidence. Confidence is sexy. Know what your (emotional) mess is and be able to own it and talk about it.
